An avid sketcher as a kid, I rediscovered illustration and design in my early 20s. Inspired by my home in Sapporo, Japan, I developed an unwavering want to draw every single mountain I saw and a desire to find better ways of communicating through design.

After 3 years of freelancing, I’ve spent the last (almost) two years working as an in-house designer at a large tech company, creating the visual identity for an industry-first trade show, aiding the development of a company-wide rebrand, designing digital and print collateral for a multitude of different verticals, sneaking in more than a few mountain illustrations, and muuuuuuuch more.
